Jigglio Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Jigglio (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or using Jigglio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Jigglio on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content, except as permitted by law.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Jigglio is free to try with a single puzzle. Unlocking all scenes is available through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. • Billing: All purchases are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. • Restoring: Previous purchases can be restored from within the app. • Prices: Prices are set by the store for your region and may change; any change will apply to future billing periods.
4. Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google, and refunds are subject to their respective policies. We do not directly process payments and generally cannot issue refunds ourselves—please contact the relevant app store for refund requests.
5. Your Content and Progress
Your puzzle progress, petals, and garden are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and any data on it. Deleting the app removes locally stored progress, which generally cannot be recovered.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to bypass purchases or entitlements, interfering with the app's operation, or using it in any unlawful way. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Jigglio, including its name, artwork, scenes, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Jigglio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Jigglio at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date below will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under your local law.
